I spend a lot of the first quarter providing updates on Verizon’s 5G deployment and what to expect in 2024. This article gives a small peek into where we are headed this year. It’s a good, quick read that only excites me more about what’s to come this year.

The ability to create a reliable and private wireless network anywhere - even if there’s “no signal” on local towers - makes sense for so many mission critical applications.

Bad actors gravitate to the highest value easy targets they can find. This is a good warning call to secure critical healthcare infrastructure before it is compromised with potentially dire consequences.

Happy New Year! I spent some truly enjoyable time in 2023 engaged in customer meetings and workshops discussing what the "job site of the future" looks like. The first compelling use case is as simple as enabling device connectivity in buildings or remote locations - hard to reach places where LTE and/or 5G was not previously reachable - however once deployed this same infrastructure will support the high value use cases highlighted in this article. 5G is well positioned to expand on the many benefits 4G LTE already offers the construction industry, helping to move the industry toward its next technological leap forward. This is great, Danny! Reposting for my network. I’ve been through job loss. It’s hard work, the stakes are about as high as they get and it’s scary.
