I am tired of using the env3 because I can't click on links from emails and webpages load slow. So which phone should i consider getting, a blackberry(which one), the palm pre 3, or the droid?

gdm MVM join:2001-06-15 Mchenry, IL	gdm MVM 2010-Mar-6 11:52 am MIB = mail in rebate. The Pre is a touch screen with a physical keyboard. Another is try the HTC droid eris. Its all touch screen. I had that before the moto Droid because battery life for the way I use was terrible. You should really go to a store and try them out.

I was looking for a place with cheap non-contract touch screen fully web enabled (like ie or firefox or chrome) on them that I can use hyperlinks in my emails on.

You won't find anything under $250 if you can't renew your contract. You should call Verizon or chat online to see what your options are.

That way you can have them check the esn to make sure it is a good one. If the person isn't willing to meet you at one then there is a 99% chance they are trying to rip you off.

I've been fortunate to be able to buy my phones off eBay. I just recently got the Motorola V750 (Adventure) for only $130 USD brand spanking new. I don't care if it's an older model. What sucks is VZW decided to impose MM phones to carry a data plan of $9.99 which I have no use for.

It goes for $100 on ebay in condition where it does not turn on. eBay is a ripoff for high dollar items because you have the world competing to drive the price up. Locally, a few people work individually to bring the price down. I use eBay for small stupid items, like cellphone cases and measuring tape or a scale or a strange cable, but to hell with using it for popular consumer electronics!
