Regardless of why you get on your bike, you decide how much assistance you need. All the information is on the handlebars display, which is easy to reach and see. The user can control the speed, electric-assist level, distance and battery level. We also made sure you don’t have to worry about how you’ll get home when the battery starts going flat. You can turn off the electric-assist and keep riding or stop for a coffee with your friends and charge the battery using a regular socket.

A powerful charger allows you to enjoy the ride even longer and short battery charging time (2.5hrs*) makes it possible for you to get back on the road faster to fully enjoy your electric bike.

* Quick charge time is about 2.5 hrs to reach 80% of the total capacity and about 4 hrs to teach 100% of the total capacity. Applies to 500Wh batteries.

3 assistance modes

Electric bikes have different modes of operation and you decide on the level of assistance you need. When you exceed the maximum speed of 25 km/h or switch off the electric-assist, your e-bike is no longer assisted by a motor and operates like a regular bike.

Do I have to pedal on an electric bike? Yes, you still have to pedal, but it is much easier.
Is an e-bike a bike for me? An electric bike is for everyone, regardless of age. Electric bikes help cover longer distances and climb hills, but they do not replace the power of leg muscles, they only support it. We offer three types of electric bikes: mountain bikes, trekking bikes and city bikes – every cyclist will find a model that meets their needs.
How much does an e-bike weigh? An electric bike weighs about 24 kg. It weighs more compared to conventional bikes due to the mounted components: motor, drive system and battery. The battery and motor weigh about 5–7 kg. When riding a bike, the cyclist does not feel that it weighs more.
Does riding an electric bicycle require physical effort? Yes, muscle power is needed to ride an e-bike. The motor assistance only works when you pedal. Riding an e-bike requires physical effort, but it is less than on a regular bike. E-bikes have different modes of operation. You can decide which level of assistance is best for you.
How fast can I go on an e-bike? You can go up to 25 km/h when riding with motor assist. When this speed is exceeded, the bike is no longer assisted by a motor and operates like a regular bike.
Why is an e-bike more expensive than a regular bike? Electric bikes are more expensive because of the technological solutions used. Motor, battery, power transmission and display are the components that make the price of e-bikes higher.
Where can I charge the battery? The batteries of electric bikes can be charged using a standard socket. Always charge the battery using a dedicated charger.
How long does it take to charge the battery? It takes 4 hours to fully charge the battery. In two hours, you can charge the battery to 80% of its total capacity.
How often should I charge the battery? If your bike is not used for a long period of time, you should charge the battery. The battery should not be completely discharged.
What are the costs of riding an electric bike? It costs about PLN 0.40 to fully charge the battery. A full charge allows you to ride 120 km. The cost of riding 10 km on an electric bike is about PLN 0.04 (50 km – PLN 0.22).
What is the battery life? A standard battery lasts up to 700–800 charge cycles. After this time, it is still operational, but over time it cannot be charged to 100% of its initial capacity. After some time the battery should be replaced.
Can I ride my electric bike when it is raining? Yes, there are no contraindications to riding an electric bike when it is raining or snowing. The bike is completely safe to ride in all weather conditions.
Can I repair my e-bike myself? Do not repair the bike’s electric drive yourself. We recommend that you use our network of authorised service centres that carry out professional repairs.
How do I clean and take care of my electric bike? Take care of your electric bike in the same way as you would take care of a regular bike. Due to the fact that when riding an electric bicycle you travel longer distances at higher speeds, you should regularly clean your bike to remove dirt (mud in the gears) that can slow the bike down. Underinflated tires will also cause higher battery consumption.
Is it possible to ride without electric-assist (what happens if the battery goes flat)? When the battery goes flat, your electric bike turns into a regular bike. You don’t have to stop riding and anxiously look for a place to charge the battery. Just ride on without electric-assist.
